Great central location, friendly staff and easy checkin. Lovely large shower. Very close to shops and the light rail. Affordable.

The reception service was awesome especially Tim who always provides excellent customer service and makes you feel welcome and well looked after. The location of the hotel in the center of the Sydney CBD is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and at very good prices. The hotel is very clean.

I have stayed here several times, the last time was at least a year ago and it was great to see familiar staff faces. The customer service is still excellent. I had a fridge that wasn't working properly which I spoke to the staff about and when I returned it was replaced. Will be coming back again!

once you get used to the fact that you have literally no view this hotel is excellent. I’m a little claustrophobic so it took some getting used to but I hardly spent any time in the room. What time I did have in there was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to everything.

Location was so central in Sydney. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Although the room was small it was perfect for our requirements with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Bed was extremely comfortable.

All the the staff were friendly and willing to help when we need something. Reception even tried to call us to inform us that rooms were ready even before the official check-in time. The location is good. It's within walking distance of Town Hall station and lots of good places to eat nearby.
